Technician and customer survey: This enables technicians and customers to share their feedback, which helps enhance the quality of remote services.

Accept as chat for Self service requests: The chat session feature enhances portal functionality by enabling technicians to initiate sessions with customers via chat before prompting them to download the remote agent.

Independent file transfer: Enables the exchange of files between unattended devices without the need to establish a full remote control or desktop sharing session.

Multi-monitor display using separate tabs: Technicians can view each remote monitor in a separate browser tab for greater flexibility and seamless navigation during remote sessions.

Zoho Voice Integration: Combine Zoho Assist with Zoho Voice to enhance remote support with seamless voice communication.


Windows feature updates

Native viewer revamp: With an improved design and enhanced functionality, technicians can navigate remote sessions faster, set up unattended access effortlessly, and deliver support more efficiently.

Set screen resolution: Technicians can select the screen resolution according to their preferences.

Customer plugin: The customer plugin now offers improved performance with a lightweight installer. Customers can effortlessly verify updates within the application.


MacOS feature updates

MacOS Sequoia update: This new update brings enhanced performance and compatibility, ensuring seamless remote support on the latest Mac systems.

Mac Agent remote script execution: Technicians can now execute shell scripts on Mac devices via the Mac Agent, which helps ensure secure and efficient script execution with customer confirmation.

Customer plugin for MacOS: The customer plugin streamlines your access to remote support sessions directly from your desktop, eliminating the hassle of navigating to the website every time.

Video streaming optimization in Zoho Assist: Optimized frame rates and reduced latency contribute to a seamless visual experience for technicians and customers alike.

Mac Universal Applications: Optimized for both Intel and Apple Silicon processors, which enables macOS to seamlessly select the appropriate version to run.

Linux feature update

Wayland support:
Assist Now is compatible with Wayland, the secure and modern replacement for X11.

Peer-to-peer remote connectivity: Direct peer-to-peer connection is automatically established, which minimizes latency and improves the efficiency of remote work.

Remote script execution: Technicians can easily execute Bash scripts to update, install, or uninstall software, automate diagnostics, manage files, run security checks, and more.

Mobile app enhancement

In addition to Windows, Mac, and Linux devices, we have expanded support for the remote command prompt for URS Devices to include rooted Android smartphones. This feature allows you to run commands remotely on rooted Android smartphones.

We have introduced the Android Customer App SDK, which enables organizations to integrate a self-service portal into their Android mobile applications.

Apart from critical feature updates and enhancements, we have introduced additional admin management improvements and optimizations.
