To set up the Zoho People integration in Zoho Cliq, administrators will need to enable the option from Cliq's Admin panel.
Note: You must be an Admin in both Zoho Cliq and Zoho People to configure this integration.

Let's say you've been wanting to connect and collaborate with people outside your team. Before you greet them over chat, you'll want to know a little more about who they are and what they do.
With a quick search of their name in Cliq, you can pull their profile from Zoho People. From there, you can view their department, designation, manager, seating location, and more.
To access quick information about an employee, click on their profile picture anywhere in Cliq.
View their department and designation by @mentioning them in a Cliq chat.
Stay updated on coworkers' availability
Determine the best times to reach out to coworkers by checking their availability. When you integrate Zoho People with Zoho Cliq, you can set up a workflow to be notified when people check in and check out of work.
Follow the steps in this post to configure a bot that delivers availability notifications in a Cliq channel, so you can easily coordinate collaborative tasks.
With the People-Cliq integration, you can check in, check out, and apply leave from Zoho Cliq's Remote Work dashboard. Admins can also track availability reports of all employees from the Admin Panel.

Keep track of all the tasks assigned to you in Zoho People by receiving task notifications in Zoho Cliq. All you have to do is configure workflow automation upon a task's creation and assignment to you in People, and you will be notified of the due date, priority level, and other details.
