2024 has been a year of significant progress and growth for Zoho Apptics. Over the past 12 months, we've transitioned from an application analytics tool to a comprehensive privacy-first product analytics solution, expanding our capabilities and reach.
Ahem... Not to brag much, but we're just proud of our growth and progress this year.
Before we step into the new year, we'd like to share with you a quick review of what an eventful year 2024 was for us.
Milestones and achievements
This June, we launched Zoho Apptics globally as a privacy-friendly application analytics solution. This marked a major step forward in our journey towards offering complete product analytics with in-app data while still respecting user privacy.
Events and webinars
In 2024, we had the privilege of meeting many of our customers in person, a heartwarming experience after connecting with them for so long through calls and emails.
We participated in events like Zoholics in locations including the US, Canada, India, and Mexico. We also started hosting the Zoho Apptics 101 series, a webinar series designed specifically for our developer community to provide an in-depth understanding of features in Apptics.
The way forward
2024 was filled with valuable experiences and growth, and we’re excited to continue this momentum in the upcoming years. Our goals for the coming year are to enhance our existing features, expand our integration capabilities, and leverage AI to deliver deeper insights into user behavior.
