AI is changing the way we work, and we want to make sure Bigin is right at the center of that shift. That's why we've introduced MCP (Model Context Protocol) support for Bigin!
So, what exactly is MCP? It's a protocol that lets AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Windsurf securely access your contacts, deals, pipelines, and lead data, helping you take meaningful actions and uncover deeper insights.
In short, you ask and it acts!
From executing actions inside Bigin to getting in-depth insights on your customers and performing actions across multiple apps, you can achieve a lot with just a simple prompt. Here are a few things you can do:
Close a deal and kick off everything that follows. Just closed a deal in Bigin? Generate a bill in Zoho Books, create a project in Zoho Projects, and notify your team on Cliq. Just type what needs to be done, and AI handles it.
Get instant answers on your business performance. Want to know your win rate, acquisition rate, or repeat purchase trends? Just ask and get precise, actionable reports in seconds, no digging through dashboards required.

Your inbox is where a lot of your customer conversations happen, so we've brought Bigin right into it. The new Bigin add-in for Outlook automatically captures data from new emails to create Bigin contacts, surfaces context when you hear from existing ones, and lets you manage customer and lead data without ever leaving your inbox.
It's the context you need, exactly where you need it.
Level up your business calls and contacts on Android
We've packed some major updates into the Bigin Android app this quarter. Here's everything that's new.
Make and receive calls directly from Bigin.
Built-In Telephony is now live on the Bigin Android app! You can make, receive, and record calls without jumping to your phone dialer or a third-party app.
During a call, you'll see the contact's open deal information right on your screen, and once the call wraps up, you can quickly log follow-up tasks, events, notes, or calls, all in one place.
Prefer RingCentral or Zoho Voice? Those integrations are supported too. Simply initiate a call in Bigin and it seamlessly hands off to your preferred platform.
Take your contacts with you.
You can now export contacts directly from the Bigin Android app, individually from the contact details view, or in bulk from the Settings menu. Bulk exports can go straight to your device's contacts or be saved as a vCard file, giving you the flexibility to use your data however you need it.
