1. Loading Cliq is 4.5x faster

Zoho Cliq now loads 4.5x faster, meaning you can dive straight into your discussions and start working right away. With 75% of users experiencing a much faster page load time, Cliq now loads in under 4.5 seconds, down from 10.5 seconds—that's faster than it takes to read this sentence!
 

2. More reliable one-on-one calls

We've made significant improvements to ensure your calls are clear, consistent, and reliable:

• 90% of calls now connect in less than two seconds, with 40% connecting in under one second.
• Enhanced call notifications ensure calls reach mobile devices with 90% success.

We've added noise cancellation and better edge detection for meeting background effects, along with smoother performance by optimizing how tasks are handled in the background. This makes meetings clearer and more professional, even in noisy environments 

3. Smoother video streaming

We’ve revamped video streaming in Cliq for faster, smoother playback. Here’s how it stacks up:

• Video start time has been cut from 6 seconds to just 2 seconds.

• While moving or skipping to a new position in the video, the video-seeking delay has been reduced from 4 seconds to 2.5 seconds.

• Loading a 10 MB video now takes only 3 to 4 seconds, down from 8 to 10 seconds.

• For larger videos (> 30 MB), load times have dropped from 20 seconds to 11 seconds.

  Overall, video playback is about 50% faster than before, providing a smoother experience for  all your meeting recordings and video messages.

4. Speedy admin management

Managing large organizations in Zoho Cliq has never been smoother. By adopting a paginated fetching method, we've slashed the loading time of the user listing interface. For example, a company with 20,000 users now sees a 420ms load time, compared to the previous three minutes.
