Say hello to Zia, your AI assistant
Zoho Learn introduced your favorite AI assistant, Zia. With Zia, you can create articles, edit information, or rephrase paragraphs in record time. Generate different types of content with Zia's prompts, derive keywords for important articles, and summarize an entire article when you're in the thick of writing—all with the help of AI authoring in Zoho Learn. Let AI do the heavy lifting and create content faster than ever in your knowledge base.
Unlock learning paths in Zoho Learn LMS
One of our biggest feature releases in 2025 has been learning paths. With learning paths, you can build a sequence of courses and guide your learners through their learning journey automatically. Add any number of courses to the learning path, manage individual course behavior, and award badges upon learning path completion, all within Zoho Learn LMS.
Set approval flows to standardize your knowledge base
You can't just store your data; you have to store the right information, and that can be achieved with approval flows. By setting an approval flow, every article goes through a thorough review process and only gets published afterwards. Encourage your authors to send their articles through an approval flow, provide readers with the right information, and maintain accuracy in your organization.
Add article widgets in your SOPs
With the help of article widgets, you can upload information wherever you want within your SOPs. Videos that you’ve curated with care, audio files that are a must-listen, and PDFs with significant details—they all find a home within article widgets. If you want to make your SOPs visually appealing while being informative at the same time, then interactive widgets are the way to go.
Add custom fields
2025 brought with it custom user fields in Zoho Learn. You can now collect additional information about your learners by using custom fields that are specific for hub and portal users. This feature doesn't just stop with acquiring data on your learners; you can also add them to your certificates. Enrich your certificates by providing all of the necessary information using custom fields.

You can now upload SCORM files as individual lessons within Zoho Learn LMS. Mix and match SCORM files with other lessons to create a holistic training experience for your team. Take advantage of our SCORM-compliant LMS and create courses just like you've imagined.
Enable dark mode in Zoho Learn
If you're struggling to adjust your sight in low light settings, don't worry—dark mode is here. Toggle between light and dark mode and work any time of the day. This lets you not only reduce eye strain but also work in style.
Filter reports by duration
You can now filter and find your course performance during a specific time period using our LMS reporting capabilities. From course published date to learners' enrollment and completion dates, get the exact analytics that you need to understand your learners better.
Choose users to verify articles
Verification reminders are all about updating articles on a regular basis so that your knowledge base stays current and relevant. This cannot be done by anyone in your business. You can now choose and configure the different users who are responsible for verification reminders in Zoho Learn. From editors and admins to specific people in the organization, choose the right people to update your knowledge base.

Nothing excites us more than meeting our users in person, and we got to do that a few times this year. Here's what we gained from the various events and meetups:
Zoholics India
We were a part of Zoholics India, our flagship event that was hosted in Bangalore this year. As a part of the Email and Collaboration booth, we had a steady flow of customers and partners who wanted to discuss Zoho Learn's features and functionalities. It was a joy to connect, chat, and learn from everyone who interacted with us.
People Matters LLC Conference
This was our third year at the People Matters LLC Conference, and we wouldn't trade this experience for anything! From meeting professionals in the L&D world to chatting with brands who were active LMS users, the entire conference was an insightful experience for our team. With a continuous inflow of existing Zoho customers and new leads, People Matters LLC Conference was a successful and knowledgeable event.
SpaceKidz India meetup
We're proud to support SpaceKidz India for inspiring young space science enthusiasts across 108 countries. Zoho Learn not only provided a learning platform for over 6,000 students but also joined hands with Mission ShakthiSAT to empower female students. #Made in India, made for the world.
