We kicked off the year with the launch of Quick Notes for your Mac’s menu bar. With just a click, you can capture ideas, tasks, or even your grocery list without interrupting your workflow. Designed for taking quick notes on the spot, it truly sets the tone for effortless access to your notes. 

2. Multipane View   

Say goodbye to tab-hopping! With the launch of the Multipane View, multitasking became a breeze. This new layout allows you to work on multiple notes side by side, switch between notebooks effortlessly, and keep your workspace neat and organized.

3. Nested Collections   

In the spirit of better organization, we unveiled Nested Collections. Think of it as collections within collections to organize all of your notes in its hierarchy. 4. Video Cards and Video Chapters   

2024 was the year we added a splash of visual ideas to your notes with Video Cards. Capture moments, record quick video notes, and bring a whole new dimension to your ideas.

5. Apple’s Journaling Suggestions and significant updates

When iOS 18 launched, we brought Apple’s Journaling Suggestions into Zoho Notebook, making it easier for you to reflect, document, and uncover meaningful moments from your daily life.

Paired with the next-level iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia, and watchOS 11 features, Notebook is perfectly aligned with Apple’s cutting-edge ecosystem, making your note-taking more seamless and enjoyable. Read more.

6. Integrations that matter   

This year, we extended our platform’s reach with key integrations:

• Right-to-Left (RTL) support for Hebrew and Arabic made Zoho Notebook more accessible for global users, with seamless usability across apps like Writer, Projects, Finance, and Mail.

• The Multipane View was also introduced in the Cliq web tab, making multitasking even more intuitive for your daily communication and collaboration needs.

First look at Ask Zia  

We’re closing the year with a sneak peek into the future: Ask Zia, our AI-powered assistant, which is almost set for release. Ask Zia will revolutionize how you interact with your notes—helping you find, organize, and elevate your ideas on the go. Get ready for a better note-taking experience in 2025!
