Faster evaluation and integration with Zoho Office

1. SDK to integrate with Office Integrator quickly 

You don't have to start from scratch when integrating Zoho Office Integrator with your favorite language. Just use our own Node JS SDK to get things started. We also have some sample codes for other languages and we'll provide SDKs for them as well.

Updates to the editors in Office Integrator 

1.  Zoho Writer 

Enhancements to document creation:

• You can now open and edit password-protected .docx and .odt files.

• Convert your PDF forms into fillable web forms. Learn more.

Advanced editing and layout options:

• Convert your vision into visuals with the enhanced drawing editor in Zoho Writer. Automatically scale the font to shapes, arrange multiple shapes, group and ungroup shapes, and more. Learn more.

• With advanced page setup, you can easily design printer-friendly layouts with the new gutter options and mirror margins in Zoho Writer. Just select your gutter size and position and select if you want to add mirror margins to your documents. Learn more.

Improved review and collaboration:

• Zia now speaks French. Get intelligent grammar and writing suggestions in French in addition to English and Spanish.

Automation enhancements:

• With merge API, you can create a merge template from any data source of your choice. You can merge documents in formats such as .pdf, .docx, and more. You can perform operations in the document such as download, mail, and more. Learn more.

• With fillable API, you can turn documents into fillable forms and collect information easily. Create fillable links for your fillable forms as well. Learn more.

Advanced customization options:

Customize your Office Integrator roles with a set of permissions. Some of the fine-grain access controls include document design, comments, and more. Learn more.

2. Zoho Sheet 

Advanced editing and layout options:

• Easily import and work with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) files. Create a spreadsheet with a JSON file in your local storage and easily work with them in Office Integrator. Selectively update your data, embed your data, collaborate with your team in real-time, and more. Learn more.

• Format the content in your spreadsheet's cells. Apply bold, italic, underline, and many more styles to your content to make it stand out. Learn more.

• Organize and present your data better by grouping your rows and columns in your spreadsheets. Learn more.

 3. Zoho Show 

Advances in editing and layout:

• Add tables to your presentations to show large amounts of data easily.

• Bring your charts to life with easy animations.

• Customize themes with library fonts. Every theme consists of a set of built-in fonts to ensure uniformity across your presentation. You can customize the fonts of the selected theme to follow your brand's style guidelines.

• Store values and access them when required in your presentation. Define data fields to hold numeric and alpha-numeric information.

What's cooking for 2023? 

We have some exciting stuff coming up for you, along with a new flexible payment model that will allow businesses to continue to use Zoho Office Integrator and pay later, even after plan limits are hit.

We're also working on:

• Adding citations and bibliographies to your documents for creating references.

• Custom roles to define user roles to suit your business needs.

• Open PDF files with Zoho Editor to edit content or rotate, move, delete, and renumber PDF pages.

• Translation of document content into 15 different languages.
