Enhanced reports

This feature update enables users to get deeper insights about the organization's performance by monitoring information such as user data, app usage, and resource allocation. You can also monitor crucial metrics such as successful sign-ins and successful sign-in activity for both mobile and web platforms.

 

New 'App Provisioning' feature

With this new feature, admins can now set up SCIM-based app provisioning from Zoho One to other applications. The current feature supports provisioning to 15Five, Asana, and Atlassian. You can also efficiently manage user information and streamline user additions and removals across various applications.

Empower admins with the 'Directory Stores' feature 

With the 'Directory Stores' feature, admins can now set up SCIM-based app provisioning from Azure AD to Zoho One. You can also enhance control and efficiency in managing user data across different platforms.

 

Integration with Zoho Publish

Businesses with physical outlets can now use Zoho Publish to maintain their store postings across platforms like Google Maps, Hotfrog, and more. This enables you to strengthen your online presence and reach a wider audience with streamlined content management.

 

Integration with Zoho Flow 

Users can now set up Zoho One to trigger flows whenever certain actions are done. They can also automate actions like user creation and deactivation through Zoho Flow.

 

Integration with Okta and Jumpcloud 

Admins can now set up Okta and Jumpcloud as Directory Stores and use them to centrally manage Zoho One users.

 

Addition of OIDC support for SSO

This feature allows admins to set up Single Sign-on (SSO) for apps that support the OpenID Connect standard.
