Last month, we introduced new features to Zoho People’s learning management system (LMS), case management system, onboarding module, and many more such important modules.
Here’s a breakdown of the February updates:
Learner progress report: Enable training administrators to view employee course enrollment, completion status, completion percentage, and final grades.
Case reopen permissions: Disable the option that allows employees to reopen their approvals cases in CMS. Manage and track cases without confusion.
Drop-down question type: Enable learners to select the right answer choice from four choices using the new drop-down menu option in our LMS.
Onboarding completion deadline: Specify when a candidate should complete their onboarding based on their tentative join date.
Self-review deadline: Enable performance reviewers to extend the self-review deadline for employees.
Approval request cancellation deadline: Define the period within which an employee can cancel their previously raised approval requests.
