Introducing ZeptoMail's integration with Zapier and Zoho Flow

Most businesses have taken their operations—or at least a portion of them—online, and most tend to use multiple applications or services for their different business processes.

With each business operation comes transactions and that's where ZeptoMail steps in. Getting all these applications to work together can be a tedious task in itself. So how can you seamlessly connect ZeptoMail with the different applications you use?

ZeptoMail was built to be connected with your applications. Our users already have the option to connect their apps with ZeptoMail using SMTP or APIs, but we are always looking for ways to make running a business easier. As a step towards improving the ZeptoMail experience, we wanted to give you a code-free process to connect ZeptoMail with the applications you use every day. This is why we have now integrated with two major integration platforms: Zapier and Zoho Flow.

Zapier

ZeptoMail in Zapier allows you to connect with 4000+ apps, so you can automate your work and have more time for what matters more. You can create workflows (zaps) between ZeptoMail and other applications using the triggers and actions available in each application.

ZeptoMail Trigger and Action in Zapier:

• Trigger: New Email Activity
  Triggers when there is a recipient activity like open, click, or bounce on an email you send. You can choose the activity you wish to include in the trigger.
• Action: Send Mail
  An email will be sent from ZeptoMail when the action is triggered.

Zoho Flow

Zoho Flow is an integration platform that hosts more than 600 applications. By 2019, only a year after its launch, one in every three Zoho One user was using Zoho Flow. If you're in this category, you can use ZeptoMail in Zoho Flow to connect with any application of your choice with Zoho Flow.

You can use the ZeptoMail triggers and actions available in Zoho Flow to create these workflows:

• Trigger: Event occurs in email
  Events like bounce, opens, and clicks in a ZeptoMail email can trigger the workflow.
• Action: Send Email
  Email is sent from ZeptoMail.
