Every successful business relies on multiple platforms for daily operations. At ZeptoMail, we understand this and are constantly working on new ways to integrate Zoho and other third-party applications with our product.
This time, it's an integration with one of our own applications—Zoho Creator.
Zoho Creator is a low-code application development platform that helps you design, develop, and run any business software you need. Every application built with Creator sends out transactional/application emails triggered from workflows and forms you have created.
And then, we have Zoho ZeptoMail that has been crafted with an undivided focus on transactional email sending. What if you could get the best of both worlds?
Introducing the brand new ZeptoMail integration in Zoho Creator!
What do you get from the integration?
This integration brings ZeptoMail right into Zoho Creator. With this integration, you get to send your application emails from your ZeptoMail account and get the full ZeptoMail experience—comprehensive email analytics without sending limits.
No more daily sending limits
If you're a high-volume sender, you can enable this integration to eliminate your daily email-sending limits. ZeptoMail provides you with a certain number of email credits every month based on the Creator plan you're in. You can use these credits to send transactional emails from your Creator application.
Insights into your emails
Once you configure this integration, you’ll be able to view detailed insights into every email sent from your Creator application.
Email analytics: You can enable email tracking for detailed analytics about recipient activity on your emails, such as opens, clicks, etc.
Processed email log: A detailed log of each one of your application emails includes the recipient details, processing status, recipient activity, bounce report, etc.
Bounce handling: Set up a bounce address to view details about bounced emails, detailed bounce reports, and bounce categories.
Suppression list: You can keep your bounces and spam under control by adding the relevant email addresses or domains to a suppression list. We even have auto-suppression that automatically adds email addresses that cause bounces to the suppression list.
Content storage: You can choose to store the content of emails sent out so you can come back to them to troubleshoot or improve their performance.
Activity logs: A detailed list of actions performed by each of the users added to your ZeptoMail account.
How does this work?
To start using this integration, you need to configure the ZeptoMail connection within Zoho Creator. The set up is easy enough that you can do it in seven clicks in about a minute.
1. Navigate to Zoho Creator. Click on the Email Analytics tab in the Email Management section.
2. Once inside the tab, you need to complete three steps. All three steps are automatically completed for you at the click of the buttons.
- Create a ZeptoMail account
- View Mail Agent details
- Import sender emails from Creator to ZeptoMail
3. And that’s it—your setup is done! Now, you can simply click on the View Analytics button to be redirected to ZeptoMail, where you can view the analytics of your emails.
For more detailed instructions, go to the Creator help documentation.
Why do you need analytics?
Transactional emails are your golden ticket to a good customer relationship. They keep the lines of communication with your customer open. With eight times the open rate that marketing emails have, transactional emails are a great engagement opportunity. If they’re handled correctly, they can contribute to keeping your customer happy and improve your customer retention. While getting the delivery right might not show you direct revenue, getting them wrong could cost you customers.
With so much at stake and so much to gain, getting your transactional email delivery right is crucial. The comprehensive email analytics you get from this integration will not only help you troubleshoot email sending, but it will also give you insights to boost the emails’ performance.
ZeptoMail integration in Zoho Creator gives you the tools to make the best of your application emails and to stay on top of them—all while being extremely easy to set up.
