Sequences keeps going, deciding the next step based on what the lead does. Did they reply? Your rep gets a task to respond within the hour. Did the email go unopened? A follow-up lands in their inbox the next day.

Similarly, you can build an entire sequence of automated actions that follows up with leads, runs promotional campaigns, re-engages contacts who've gone quiet, and even sends renewal reminders before a subscription runs out!

With Apple's latest release, Bigin has leveled up across the entire Apple ecosystem. Ask Siri about your business, let Apple Intelligence plan your next move, track your schedule right from your Apple Watch, and even generate product images with a single prompt!

Payment Links: Automate payment collection with a host of new gateways

Bigin now integrates with 10+ payment gateways, including Zoho Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Paytm, Verifone, and more!

We've also brought in smart automation to make the entire payment collection process effortless. From generating and sharing payment links the moment a deal closes to following up on unpaid invoices and updating the deal as soon as the payment comes through, we've automated it all. Getting paid has never been this easy!

Booking Pages: Add a personal touch to every booking

If you've been using Booking Pages to share your availability and let leads and customers book meetings with you, you've probably seen the appointments rolling in! Now you can make every one of those interactions feel more personal. Customize the confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, and reminder emails your customers receive, so every message sounds like it's coming straight from you.

Plus, you can now create Booking Pages right from the Bigin Android app, so setting up a new one takes just a few taps, wherever you are!

Products: Import faster and see everything a customer has bought

You can now bulk import products and link them to their deals in one go, no more associating them one at a time. And with the new Related Products topping, you can open any contact or company record and see every product they've bought across all their deals, totals included. So you'll know exactly what a customer has purchased before you even pick up the phone!
