Use Foundation Models to simplify billing tasks  

Apple's Foundation Models bring on-device AI to Zoho Billing, helping simplify tasks that would otherwise require manual data entry or sorting through large amounts of information.

A business card shouldn't mean another round of manual data entry. Point your camera at one, take a picture, and Zoho Billing can extract details such as the customer's name, company, and email address to create a customer record. Review the information, make any changes you need, and save.

The same intelligence can help when you're recording payments: Use captured details to populate the relevant fields and help you proceed with the payment through your preferred payment gateway, rather than entering everything manually.

Reports can also become easier to work through. When there's more information than you have time to read, Foundation Models can summarize the report into a few key takeaways, such as revenue growth, top-performing regions, and rising churn. You get a quick view of what matters without having to work through every figure.

Talk to Siri and get things done in Zoho Billing  

Not every billing task requires you to open the app and work your way through a series of screens.

Need to approve an invoice? Ask Siri to bring it up, review the details, and approve it.

Recording an expense while you're away from your desk? Tell Siri the details and get the expense record created for you.
