These
days, HR departments and Recruiting professionals are finding it
increasingly hard to pick the best candidate for a job opening among a
growing pool of eager and qualified applicants. But selecting the best
candidate is not the only problem – managing the increased pool of
resumes, e-mail/phone communications and interviews has also become

launching our newest product: Zoho Recruit. Zoho Recruit is an
applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps staffing agencies and

    him to avoid confusion with other positions or clients.

    and Publish Job Openings
    . Collect resumes easily by creating and
    publishing the job openings in your website – and allow candidates to
    apply directly from there.
  • Parse Resumes. Populate resume information from different sources like social sites,
    mail attachments and more through and integration with ResumeGrabber.

    on top of what’s going on
    . The activities stream allows recruiters and
    sourcers to stay on top of the recent and future activities. For

    customized to your needs. Create custom fields with our easy
    drag-and-drop UI (powered by Zoho Creator).

    Hello! What about integration between CRM and Recruit? It should be usful to adapt CRM platform for hiring procceses and relatin with clients who offer heads

    Hi Mohammad,Zoho People had the Recruitment module, which was specific to the needs of staffing departments inside an organization. After talking to existing and potential customers, we realized that staffing agencies, independent recruiters and many other people would like to use the Zoho People product as a staffing solution, but they don’t have the need for a full-blown HRIS. Hence we have separated the recruiting piece from the rest of Zoho People and released as a new service, Zoho Recruit.Now Zoho People will remain focused on being a great HRIS for the day-to-day people operations of a company. The recruiting functionality will be part of Zoho Recruit alone, which will help staffing agencies and recruiting departments source, track and hire the right candidates
