Customization Options in Zoho Recruit

Each organization is unique. Today, I just want to share about Zoho Recruit's different customization options, which allows organizations to customize Zoho Recruit as per their requirements.

Drag and Drop Fields

Based on your organization requirement, you can add/delete the fields. The fields you need to add can be dragged and dropped easily. You can insert different types of fields like Text, Paragraph, Email, URL, Picklist, File Upload, Image Upload, Date, Number, Auto Increment and Lookup. For example, if you want to add a text field inside the Job opening form, you can just drag and drop it into the Job opening form. And whatever fields you want to rename can also be done, for example: "Reference Id" as "Job Opening Id", etc. Also some of the fields can be made mandatory so that no one can skip filling out a field.

Add New Sections

If you find that the existing sections are not adequate or not necessary, just go ahead and add new sections/delete the existing sections. Get sections re-named as you like, for example: Personal Details, Contact Details, etc.

Re-order Section

Suppose you want to change the order of sections based on the priority, you can simply drag and drop the entire section to re-order it.

Custom Status

Each organization will use a different set of status options for the candidates, which may not be available by default. Zoho Recruit allows you to add your own custom status options to the candidates and also for the job openings.

Customize Logo

To give a personalized look, Zoho Recruit allows you to place your company logo.
