We’re glad to announce that we’ve nabbed one of the top 10 spots in GetApp’s Instant Messaging & Chat category leaders for Q4 2017 and also, FinancesOnline’s enterprise social networking software. According to GetApp, their quarterly ranking “showcases the top 25 Instant Messaging & Chat apps based in the cloud. Each app is scored using five factors, worth 20 points each, for a total possible score out of 100. These factors include user reviews, integrations, mobile app availability, media presence, and security. Each app’s score is independent of commercial interests and existing relationships that GetApp has with app vendors.”
FinancesOnline “employs the certified SmartScore approach to analyze all the applications in the Enterprise Social Networking Software category in order to help decide on the best possible service. It takes into consideration the following elements: individual components, collaboration elements, custom elements, integration, user friendliness, customer support, how secure a software is, support for mobile devices, general media ratings.”
