  1. Hi Sridhar, its really great to hear from you, and i should say you people are doing great job in user interface regard and you are right, javascript give pain in ass as project grows. Anyways thanks for the reply, finally i get some response on that matter. Now something about integration, which according to zoho will be the primary focus of zoho in 2009, here are some sugestions.First of all i believe all the services of zoho should be available using name login and password. e.g; right now zoho polls and crm need their own usernames, which really give pain in ass!2. I should be able to browse all the documents/files which i have uploaded in "Zoho Docs" in zoho mail, writer, sheet and show and vice versa. And at the end, thankx for providing this great service.

  3. Muhammad,
I am sorry - we don't actually have such a user interface toolkit, nor do we use GWT. Our HTML/CSS & Javascript are all hand-coded, with Javascript using various libraries such as jQuery (which is emerging as the standard) or Prototype.js in older code. It might seem like we are trying to hide some "magic", but no there is no magic, just a lot of painstaking Javascript work! Truth is, Javascript is a very high level, very productive language, if used properly. Libraries like jQuery do a great job of abstracting out the browser and DOM incompatibilities, so you can focus on the job at hand. The main drawback of Javascript is that as code base gets bigger, maintenance becomes problematic, an area where Java shines.Sridhar
