We like the way Zoho is used on a weekly basis. The usage peaks during weekdays and fades down during the weekends. This obviously means, we have serious users using our apps for business, and given our entire focus on businesses, we like our usage trends.
On the other hand, I just noticed that the usage trends for iPad is almost the opposite. Usage is light during the weekdays and peaks during the weekends. Given that it is a consumer device, I guess this is normal. My own iPad usage confirms this behavior.
Given these opposite trends, I believe Zoho is not used on an iPad much. What do you think? How often do you use our apps on your iPad?
I think minimum edit ability of crm and then docs is absolutely critical. Imagine being able to see whe your crm users and contacts are visually while using iPad at an event... Tremendous growth potential here guys, the iPhone app does not get it done.MAKE A ZOHO NATIVE APP FOR IPAD2... Iplease?!?

I would use Zoho on iPad all the time - when is it to be available.

In use notebook, though it's less useful with my new iPad. I don't want to be forced to find a replacement.

Large numbers of information workers such as teachers, mortgage brokers, realtors, journalists and others are moving to the ipad as a primary business tool. I would love to have an app that would work with a Zoho Creator application..... please someone......:)

Its a shame we cannot use iPad for creator. I just brought an iPad, but I soon realized that This is not an option. I would use it a lot if it was possible.

Native Zoho CRM app! I'd pay additional monthly for that!

It's not surprising iPad usage of Zoho is poor - it isn't useful!
Add editing for Writer - DocsToGo have managed it. Even a text only version would be a start, like evernote (RTF is stripped down to plain text, then it becomes editable)

Our company, along with 3 others we own, is looking to scrap Salesforce and use Zoho. However, we cannot do this until Zoho operates on the iPad, especially the crm/email part.Does Zoho know when this functionality will improve? Is there a way around the problem?Justin

Full functionality of Zoho on the iPad should be a near immediate goal.I'm just beginning development on a new business venture, and my partners have both given up their laptops and use their iPads (and iPhones) for portable computing. They still have desktops as well.We just discovered last night that iPad and Zoho don't mix very well, it was quite disappointing. We wish to use Zoho Wiki as the central/shared place to take and structure our notes, moving things to the other Zoho apps as they progress. Not being able to do this "in the field" is a serious limitation.Also...since my partners both have corporate jobs, their startup business activity will be late nights and weekends. I would think that a lot of Zoho's new customer target market would be folks like me.Please tell me that you are moving aggressively to make Zoho work on the iPad.

I would love to use Zoho on the iPad. I would probably use it about as much for business as for personal needs. The one thing I am really interested in is not the documents but the applications created in Zoho. I created various applications in Zoho for things that are often more relevant on the road than when I'm at home or at the office. An application I am planning to create is a symptoms monitor/log for a family member with a rare disease. Each day, I would enter the intensity of each symptom so that we can present the doctor with a timeline of symptoms, to be checked against the treatment to figure out what works and what doesn't (this being a rare disease, doctors experiment with rather than actually treat this family member, but what we are really interested in is remission).Once I have created this app, it would be used mostly at the doctor's office and in any location where a symptom manifests. This could be at home, on the bus, at the office, on vacation, etc.It is highly unlikely that I actually edit and/or mail Zoho documents when I'm not at home or at the office (I tend to set boundaries so that work is only ever done when I am actually at work; I'm also against cell phones for the same reason). However, it is extremely likely that I use my Zoho apps in various locations and at various times of day (the pattern is highly unpredictable).I don't know how many of us Zoho users attach more importance to the rest of Zoho components than to Docs, but if we are numerous, an iPad app for creating, or at least using, Zoho apps would be most welcome. If this is planned, I suggest to make this a separate app and to not include it in a mother app that would branch out to different Zoho apps.Is an iPad version of Zoho DB/Apps in the works?

You can't begin to understand how I rely on my Ipad. I'd use Zoho far more if I could use it!

I have high expecations of Zoho to fulfill my business needs. I am a Google Apps user but am not about to give up on it entirely. Since I have only started using Zoho I would like to see which one adapts to iPad users faster. Google has claimed that their Docs can be edited but of course they haven't got to the seamless, glitch free, happy end user stage as yet. How about you Zoho?

It'll stop me from your the service. I guess I feel all serious web2 apps should make efforts to support all appliances our there - or at least make a statement that they don't. Hey, I know it's a big job, but somebody gotta do it ;v)

Please, please find a way to make Zoho Writer work on the iPad. Right now this cloud-based productivity suites is an open market. Google Docs do not work. Nothing else works. Should you find a way for Zoho to do its job (I suppose without relying on ContentEditable, which is the main issue with the iPad), you would find yourself with countless new users.

Being able to use zoho writer on the iPad would be a great benefit to teachers and students in public education. I hope it happens soon.

In fact I really expected to be able to use Zoho mail on my Ipad because I can not use the Ipad Imap feature with my mail accounts because these account are "popped". So as you said, it is not possible to use the Imap with these type of mail accounts.
So I was expecting to use the regular web interface but Zoho mail doesn't work properly with Safari, especially when I try to reply to a mail. I hope that this could be fixed in the near future. Thanks again for all your work and your great services.Montafor

"How often do you use our apps on your iPad?"Never. ContentEditable isn't enabled in Safari, so it's not really possible to use Zoho. Is there something I'm missing? That said, if there was an iPad app that sync'd to Zoho, I'd be on that like white on rice.

If Zoho apps(writer, sheet, shown) could be created and edited online from the iPad, it would be great!Do you think that Apple would allow Zoho to do that?Hugo Sanchez

I think this may be a missed opportunity to lose out on obtaining users from google. Offering Zoho as an alternative to google docs, which does not currently work (spreadsheets barely works) on the iPad would be a great idea imo. It's why I'm here now, tbh.
