Instantly digitize hard copies to spreadsheet data using Zoho Sheet

We often end up with a pile of physical receipts, invoices, and reports that need to be recorded online for further analysis and reference. Manually entering the data has proven to be inaccurate, expensive, time-consuming, and tiring.

To solve these problems, Zoho Sheet is happy to introduce the new “Data from Picture” option in its iOS and Android apps. You can now take a photo of a physical receipt or report and upload it to Zoho Sheet where the data is instantly extracted and digitized.

Click, crop, convert

Scan printed data

Take a picture of the printed data or choose an existing image from your gallery to convert. You can even crop the chosen image to exclude undesired parts of the data.

Review the converted data

Preview data in Zoho Sheet

Preview the converted data and make minor corrections, if any, before inserting it into your actual spreadsheet. And with contextual image highlight, you’ll know exactly where the specific value is within the image.

Keep the dates intact

Date format in Zoho Sheet

Zoho Sheet goes a step further and makes sure to recognize the dates in the converted data before automatically applying the date format to it. The contextual date icon takes you directly to the calendar app in your device, so you can add reminders and track your schedule.

This tool helps you scan your bills and invoices to keep track of your expenses, consolidate reports from physical files into your spreadsheet while collaborating with your team, analyze imported data, and even visualize it using vibrant charts.

Say goodbye to manual data entry, and hello to the future of spreadsheets. The app is now available on the App Store and Play Store. Download now!
