Zoho Mail turns 15 today. As emotionally fulfilling and remarkable this journey has been for us as product creators, the fact that you and businesses like yours trust us with something you hold very close to your heart is what brings us immeasurable joy.

As we head to the next milestone, we'd urge each of you to hold us to even higher standards. Tell us when we go wrong and how we can do better—whether it's in the product itself, or support, user experience, and user guidance. We consider ourselves to be a partner for your growth, and the only way to grow together is by staying true and humble throughout the journey. 

In the coming months and years, you will see us adding more innovation, advanced security capabilities, and improved user experiences, all continuing our commitment to excellence. Here's a quick look at what's coming.

We’re also taking our brand-new desktop app, Trident for Zoho Workplace, out of beta. Users on any of the paid plans of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, or Zoho One will be able to download and use Trident on macOS and Windows devices. Read our detailed note on Trident.

It's a diamond mine which finds and nurtures its staff and make them real shiny and valuable. I vouch for your products and your staff (whom I interacted with both on free and paid plans). I have 3 companies with you and Zoho remains my first choice to start building my brand as soon as I buy a domain for a company. Keep up the good work.

  8. I want to share my feedback regarding our experience with Zoho Mail. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service and the support we have received. In my assessment, both the Zoho Mail service and the technical team's efforts have not met our expectations. On a scale of 0 to 10, I would rate our experience a 0. We have encountered several issues and have not found satisfactory resolutions to our concerns. As a valued customer, I believe it is essential to address these issues to improve the service and support.

I'm actually proud to give people this "weird" email that few of the gmail-world people have heard of; hey, I was paying attention when they started revealing how so many other companies were violating users privacy!   12. Congrats and thank you! A dozen years ago when I signed up, I thought "this looks interesting", but I didn't think there was any way to dislodge my Outlook and Gmail suites. I've never been so happy to be wrong. Zoho has become the "central organizing principle" for my digital life. Constant improvements, lack of nonsense, and outstanding security make this a product I'm happy to use and recommend. I hope your next 15 years are as excellent as the last.

  13. Happy birthday zoho! I'm a former SME DevOps engineer, IC4 for competing e-mail company. I made the switch to zoho about 8-10 years ago when I grew tired of the competition's silliness. I can say now, that I no longer have have any Yahoo, Google, Outlook accounts for both personal and business accounts. Keep up the great work zoho!

I couldn't see the reply emails on the sent emails. It would be great if you could bring them into sent email list. I'm a new user and I had been using Gmail and outlook earlier.

  24. Thankyou, Zoho has been superb thus far... I transferred to Zoho after godaddy stopped providing inhouse email service, moving over email handling to another major company, that I wasnt happen with. Zoho have been great, and no problems whatsover for my third year of being with them! :)

  28. I've been more than pleased with the service that I have been offered via Zoho Mail. I came to Zoho Mail after a previous mail handler that has the highest ratings on Google proved to be managing a system that had a serious flaw that trashed the entire of my stored email documents, so I was nervous about changing providers, but Zoho Mail has definitely shown competence and responsibility, and those are qualities that only a first-rate service provider can offer. Again, I have been more than pleased and hope to continue with them for the rest of my days. I'm no spring chicken, so I know that nobody is guaranteed tomorrow, but I can promise the time that I have left in this world to a most reliable service provider!

  36. Congrats ZOHO team for a successful journey of 15 years and all the best for future milestones. One small improvement requested in email management - Whenever we have to save the space/capacity of mailbox, we had to always delete old emails which we cannot access in future. In place of that, if you provide a system with which we can only delete an attachment from the email without deleting a complete email, this will definitely help us to reduce our email capacity and simultaneously, keep a track of old emails. This facility is available in IBM Lotus and Microsoft which we have used before shifting to ZOHO. Hope you will take this suggestion on priority and will support
