Pin and prioritize meeting participants 

Have you wished you could prioritize and pay closer attention to certain participants in large online meetings? Well, now you can!

With the new Pin feature in Zoho Meeting, you can pin up to 8 video feeds and customize your layout so that the important speakers are always heard on your online meetings. This comes as an enhancement to our existing AI-powered layout-switching based on screen sharing in the meeting.

By pinning, you can bring the video feeds of specific participants into focus, regardless of who's currently speaking, and have a customized collaborative experience like never before.

Advanced control over session recordings

Our latest update gives organization admins more control over meeting and webinar recordings. Organization admins can now enforce auto-recording for sessions, and prevent hosts from accessing, sharing, downloading, and even deleting session recordings.

With the Lock icon, organization admins can now easily ensure that all organization sessions are recorded, regardless of the members' preferences.

Improved trust using custom email addresses

A meeting invitation from an email address that your participants recognize and trust can significantly increase engagement and participation. With our new customization feature, you can now configure the sender and reply-to email addresses for your meeting invitations and follow-up reminders.

While configuring, you can replace the default email address with either the meeting host's email address or a custom email address. Both organization admins and department admins can choose to configure email address, provided they use a verified business email address.

By choosing a custom email address that's relevant to the organization can showcase your professionalism and make a lasting impression.
