Major features

  • Course Costs in LMS

Creating a course for your employees often involves tracking costs to make smarter decisions. You don't want to do this on a spreadsheet and we understand. That's why we've introduced Course Costs, a new feature in our Learning Management System to help you add different categories of expenses related to your course, like program expenses, material expenses, and trainer expenses so that they're easy to track.   • FTP plugin in Attendance

We introduced the FTP plugin for our attendance management system so that HR administrators can share files containing attendance data securely and easily. In Zoho People, we support FTP, FTPS, and SFTP so that our users can experience a greater level of control and security while sharing even large-sized files.   • Manager Evaluation in the Learning Management System

To improve training ROI, training admins need to understand how well their learners have performed in a particular course. That's why we've introduced a new feature that empowers managers to analyze and evaluate the performance of their reports in different courses.   • Goal Setting in the Performance Management System

Goals are crucial to ensuring that your employees can work effectively towards your organizational objectives and vision. The process of goal setting should be streamlined and simplified to make sure nothing interferes with your employees' performance. That's why we introduced Goal Setting, a new feature that allows performance admins to set a timeframe within which employees have to set their goals.   • Learner progress report: Helps organizations and training admins keep track of how learners are progressing in their respective courses by highlighting course completion percentage, status, and more.

  • Employees with no goals report: Provides a complete list of all employees who don't have any goals associated with them.

Major Initiatives

  • Zoho People Community Meet-up

To help our users learn about all the capabilities of Zoho People and put them to their best use, we organized our first-ever user group meetups in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The response to the user group meetups was overwhelming, and our attendees were excited to get all of their questions answered and interact with fellow Zoho People users.

  • Employee Appreciation Day campaign

We organized a campaign for Employee Appreciation Day to help people recognize and appreciate the efforts of their peers, managers, and subordinates. We created a webpage with a bunch of fun badges and certificates, which can be easily downloaded and shared. We also developed tweet threads and blog posts that provided easy tips for showing employee appreciation.

  • International HR Day campaign

For International HR Day, we launched an awareness campaign to spread the word about HR Day and the vital role HR professionals play in keeping an organization up and running.

  • All About Employee Experience

We developed All About Employee Experience, a central resource hub to help HR teams provide an exceptional experience to their workforces. From recruitment to retirement, we aim to cover every aspect of the employee journey and help organizations make every interaction with their employees engaging, interesting, and motivating. Recently, we integrated with Microsoft Teams to help our users complete more Zoho People tasks, like marking attendance, checking leave balances, requesting attendance regularization, and tracking the status of approvals directly from Teams, without having to juggle applications.   • Partnership with GreytHR in the MEA region

At Zoho People, we understand that payroll is a key function of the HR team. To help our customers unify HR and payroll operations and simplify payroll processing, we partnered with GreytHR in the MEA region.
