With the screening bot, we have shortened the assessment timeframe for candidates. Candidates take the pre-screening assessments through the chatbot as part of the application process, which is easier than filling out a form. Because the screening chatbot lets candidates quickly click through assessments, it eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth and speeds up the hiring process. 

Now, we've achieved a smoother screening process, identified qualified candidates faster, and cut down our coffee intake.

I use AI assist to generate emails or SMS content—from initial communication to rejections.
