Data is now the lifeblood of organizations of every size. The ability to harness analytics and transform it into actionable insights is a strategic imperative that is now far too important to be held hostage by enterprise analytics or business intelligence teams. For data to be a true catalyst of business growth, there can’t be any gaps in the collection, management, or analysis process. This, precisely, has been the pursuit of Zoho Analytics in our journey of over a decade and a half.
We’ve built our self-service BI & analytics platform completely from the ground up, using our in-house technology stack. Our unwavering focus on research and development (R&D) has been the vital fuel in scaling the milestones we’ve reached so far.
Our latest 5.0 release update was the biggest leap so far. Before this, we’d largely remained a self-service BI solution, heavy on analytics alone. Now we handle both data preparation and data management, in addition to the continual enhancements to our core platform capabilities—self-service BI, unified business analytics, augmented BI, and embedded analytics. Here’s an exhaustive list of what’s new in Zoho Analytics 5.0.
Zoho Analytics has consistently been one of our company’s fastest growing products. Recently, the product has seen a 10% jump in customers switching from other platforms, and 50% of our customers selected Zoho Analytics after evaluating multiple competitive BI products. Our customer growth over the years can be seen below:
Seems like the stars came together for us at just the right time for Gartner to recognize us in their industry-acclaimed Magic Quadrant. We’re glad to share that Zoho has been recognized in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms for Zoho Analytics. This is a proud moment for our product and the team behind it.
The road ahead for us is equally exciting, and we’ll continue to be relentless in working our way towards the “Leaders” quadrant.
Vijay Sundaram, Chief Strategy Officer at Zoho, had this to say:
“This is a breakthrough event for Zoho Analytics. It can only get better from here! This is one of the most important products we have to offer to larger and more sophisticated customers. In my experience, senior execs are always looking for three things: (1) business insights (despite the massive cliché behind that term), (2) predictions, and (3) early warnings. Most BI tools stake out the first and then get lost in gizmo terminology around AI, ML, etc. without even realizing the other needs. So they cannot position themselves to address what people want. This is where we must excel and be able to communicate this. We will stand out.”
And we will definitely stand out. Our ultimate aim is to make a powerful business intelligence tool like Zoho Analytics the best “thinking product” on the market; our future roadmap and efforts shall solely be focused on this direction alone.
