We're excited to introduce Zoho PageSense MCP — a new way to interact with your PageSense's data using AI. By connecting Zoho PageSense to your preferred AI tool through the Model Context Protocol, you can query visitor behavior, pull experiment results, explore funnel data, and get conversion insights — all without opening a single dashboard.

What is MCP?  

Before we get into what PageSense MCP can do, a quick word on MCP itself.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that defines how AI tools communicate with business applications. It gives AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor a secure, structured way to access your data and take actions — not just generate text about it.

Think of it as a two-way bridge. On one side: your AI assistant. On the other: your PageSense account, with all of its visitor behavior data, heatmap insights, funnel analysis, experiment results, goals, and form analytics. MCP connects them so you can work with your data in plain language, right inside the AI tool you already use.

Zoho MCP is Zoho's implementation of this protocol — the infrastructure, security layer, and configuration interface that makes it easy to set up that connection across Zoho apps, including PageSense.

Why PageSense's MCP?  

Marketers and CRO teams collect a lot of data. Heatmaps, session recordings, A/B test results, funnel drop-off reports, form analytics, goal completions — Zoho PageSense tracks all of it. Note: Custom MCP support is generally available on paid plans of AI tools (such as Claude Pro). Before setting up, confirm that your AI tool's plan supports custom MCP connections.

A note on control and security  

Connecting PageSense to an AI tool through MCP doesn't give the AI free rein. Your AI assistant works within the permissions you set when configuring the MCP server. It can only access the tools and data you explicitly expose, and all actions happen within Zoho's standard security and authentication framework (OAuth 2.1).

The AI helps you find answers and explore your data. The decisions — what to test, what to change, how to interpret results in the context of your business — remain entirely with you.
