Challenges:
We were in search of a fully-featured CRM system that didn’t have flaws in terms of reliability and accessibility. We were using another CRM system and wasn’t fully satisfied with that experience. So we shifted to ‘No CRM’, opting to store information in Outlook instead. Soon, we realized we need a CRM solution to keep our business together.
Solution:
One of the things we were looking for was a CRM with an intuitive interface. We researched many other CRMs in the cloud based on pricing and customization. Given that our business is very unique and requires a high degree of customization, we needed a CRM that would really mold around our processes and trigger tasks based on certain actions and inputs in the CRM.
We couldn’t afford to have a huge learning curved for a CRM. Zoho was on the top of the list when it came to ease of use.
Above all, it was the hugely, reasonable pricing that made us want to jump to Zoho.
