We launched Flow in Jan 2018, with the aim of providing a platform to make complex integrations simple for you. Today, we've reached the next milestone of the journey—Zoho Flow now hosts 200 well-crafted apps, spanning over 50 business categories.
This also means more apps you use can now work together, so it's even easier for you to run an integrated business.
The journey from Zoho CRM to ShipStation
Flow's journey began with Zoho Suite. Zoho CRM, Creator, and Desk were among the first added, and within a few months, Flow had covered many more Zoho apps. We then started working closely with our users, helping them automate billing processes, marketing campaigns, task assignments, and other business workflows involving the suite. Every interaction was a learning experience for us. We got to see amazing integration ideas, interesting ways of using Zoho Suite, and how well Flow would bridge Zoho with the rest of the cloud.
Soon, based on suggestions from our partners and customers, we expanded the platform to add top third-party apps, such as MailChimp, Gmail, and ServiceNow. Today, Flow hosts over 170 third-party apps, and there's a lot more to come.
What lies ahead for Flow
Many important cloud apps like QuickBooks, SurveyMonkey, Outlook, and WorkMarket are on their way to the Flow gallery. We are also working on introducing a whole host of features such as line items and file support so you can build even deeper integrations.
So, here's to a million more milestones to come!
